I can relate & i understand what O’Malley’s is talking about when he says he’s like his higher self in the octagon. For my first amateur fight i meditated right before the fight & just flowed in the fight. It was like tunnel vision, no thoughts, emotions, nothing. Just 100% focus on the opponent. Amazing feeling
opens up a gate straight to the flowstate. I do it before my professional Disc Golf tournaments, house music helps me to flow as well in the background probably perfect for sparring.

Funny because Suga has improved drastically since they last fought and Chito has been average. Suga was beating Chito until that nerve in his leg got struck. It’ll be a great fight but by no means is Chito walking over Suga. Especially since Chito is known to start the rounds slow then pick up the pace in the later rounds. It’s either gonna be a late TKO for Chito or a decision win for O’Malley

Calf kicks are part of the game and if you don’t know how to defend against them that’s what happens.. also chito gets better as the fight goes on and this is a five rounder this time.. let’s not act like chito didn’t do the damage and win the first fight. If you know fighting there is no question mark over that victory or what caused O’Malley to lose.
