Moon having so many rules when the huge desert didn’t seem to have any seems pretty busted. The desert is so vast of a level surely they could’ve had rules apart from no side rooms
sand is just too big for a small group n not enough seekers, they just need to not have it without cutting off more of the kingdom or something to make it fair
@@pyrojkl Yeah, Sand is just bad for Freeze Tag in the same way Lake is bad for Hide 'n' Seek
They did say they couldn't capture the speedy statue lion things that run around really fast. But yeah, that's just not a great map for this

@@turbo8628 they kinda did Team Tags #2 and 3 on a stream where it was Gold vs Silver bodies but that was spontaneous. There was also USA vs Germany but that was one-sided for the USA

Suggestion: y’all should try making the runners ever so slightly slower than the chasers
(Edit: see comment thread for other wonderful suggestions related to this from the community)
That way the runners have to actively juke people to get away rather than just run in a straight line for a long time. (Got the idea from dead by daylight, the chasers in that game are faster than the runners)
P.S. also this would be a reasonable buff for chasers considering they have to deal with lag when chasing
Idk if this is a good idea. Changing the speed of the runners would make them confused about their movements options.
@@domgoncalvescezaretti5258 that is a good point, I do think of the amount is small enough it probably wouldn’t effect it too much!
Another possibility is that only the rolling boost could be reduced, which shouldn’t affect most platforming but would still make long chases in a single line way less effective!!

The chasers won 2/3 times and the only problem was sand kingdom tbh. I would say just ban sand kingdom cuz it's too big and open.
@@LANBobYonson true, but this change / effect would be felt most strongly in the sand kingdom because of how big it is! Especially in those long chases in 1 direction, I feel like those just aren’t particularly fun or interesting.
Anyway, it can’t hurt to try it out :)

I think they would be extremely sloppy at first, like messing up timings all the time. Maybe just giving to them on the ground so they don't miss their cap jumps? Or also changing slightly cappy's distance so they don't miss the jumps. It'd be hella cool to see tho

Cjs subathon dream story game me legit chills down my spine, sandwiched between the gaming insanity was quite the contrast.
That game looked SUPER fun.
I feel like hiders should get points based off of how many people are frozen. So like 4 pts per minute if all 4 are free, 3 if three and so forth. Then seekers could get like 40 pts or something to compensate. That way there’s always an incentive to free players even when only one is running.

They should just remove sand kingdom. It's too difficult for the chasers when there's no obstacles and no way to catch up to the chased.

I think this might be more fun if every rescue takes 2 or maybe even 3 taps to break the ice to make it a bit more viable for chasers who seem to be getting overwhelmed with bum rushes from all angles. Right now they seem to catch someone after chasing for ages, and then they'll be freed incredible fast afterwards because runners just rush in from a totally random angle that is completely unpredictable or unpreventable mere moments later. As a bonus, it would make the points for freeing someone less ping-based, instead giving points to people who contribute rather than just those who happened to be fastest.
I think a good change would be to make the chasers slightly faster than the runners.

The people who are the runners need some kind of debuff to make this more fair. Maybe a 5% movement penalty so they have to juke more and can’t just shake their control stick from one side of the desert to the other

Should add a large boss volume into each of the levels then the team is locked into a smaller section of the level to play tag in. The Sand Kingdom seemed so busted
Sand kingdom, because it is so vast and sparsely packed, seems like the perfect place for infinite chases and that will become intolerable soon.
wonder if a mode could be added thats like the vs mode from sm64 ds
everyone starts at the odyssey
stars randomly spawn in at random locations
players collect the stars to win
player with the most at the end of the time limit wins
and players can fight each other to knock stars out of them

I think that he said he got 52 in all from his original score which was 52 and that’s why it’s somehow someway 82 because his final score was not 80 crafty one

Maybe a balance patch, beyond sand kingdom being OP for runners. A wipeout should be worth a lot but not making it the main reason for winning. Have the runners unfreeze and the taggers, both, get the points for unfreezing them as well.
Maybe some reason for not puppy guarding/ camping.
You still get points while frozen lol. That needs to be fixed.

Idk why they kept leaving the person they tagged. You have to get them all right by each other. Every time they tagged someone and took off, someone came from behind and freed them. I know it's easier said than done but what they were doing was never going to work. The sand level should be exempt. That one's impossible.
