Terminal velocity from fluid mechanics is a very important topic for class 11 Physics term 2 and it is from chapter 10 of class 11 Physics which is mechanical properties of fluids. I have a question when net force become zero. You mean according to archmedies principle when weight of the body is equal to acting forces in upward direction, then no more velocity will increase. Don't u think the body will hang there in the liquid in equilibrium State.
Velocity is not increasing which means it is constant and if the body has constant non zero velocity it cannot be at rest
@@mandeepeducationacademy9431 thank you for replying. Actually i was reading archmedies principle then i watched your video. In the principle i read when weight of the body and upward thrust become equal then the body will remain in equilibrium inside the liquid. Is equilibrium means same that u wrote earlier in previous comment. I mean it means its velocity will not accelerate further but will continue to move inside liquid with constant velocity.
