Such a good bass video. not gonna lie, it answered a few questions for me and helped out quite a bit. I guess i shouldn't be surprised that Dave Ellefson is such a strong teacher. Not sure when he joined nickelback though. must've missed that era. lol.
Well, there was a point in time where he never made it as a wise man. And he also couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing. But eventually he got tired of living like a blind man, and equally sick of sight without a sense of feeling. And so he made the shift. 🤣🤣🤣 Jk. I'm not a Nickelback fan, but the songs I've heard from em I've loved.
As a bassist with a church background, this is one of the best bass videos I've seen. And I'm here for it! Much love! I also have an affinity for rock and rock related thangs. Also, where's that dominant 7 chord at?!?????? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 (I jest. I jest.) EDIT: This video inspired me to look up a video on chords for bass. I'll be learning more about chords after this. You'd be right about that. He's definitely not Cliff or Rob Trujillo. I think the reason people consider him to be so great is because he was part of one of the most popular metal bands ever. If he wasn't in Megadeth, nobody would give a shit about him.
