Idk why when I play AP kat I do great in teamfights but shitty laning and when I play AD kat I solokill in lane bur in teamfights I cant kill more than one person ;c

AD Katarina can deal massive damage with her ult due to its great synergy with on-hit AD items, but that also means you lose a lot of power if you don’t have ult. In teamfight, if you aren’t careful enough with how you use ult, you’ll end up useless when it quickly gets cancelled, since other abilites don’t provide as much damage.
AP Kat on the other hand, despite the lack of sustained damage and defense stats, can deal huge burst damage with the daggers and therefore don’t rely on ult as much. Plus, I think Zhonya gives you more reliable and flexible leeway to survive than Deaths Dance anyways

Why you level up q first while building ad ?shouldnt you level up e first since only e scales with ad?

Maxing q is better for set up and chase enemys, as long as you jump on the knifes reducing the E cooldown, the ad build is all about autos early on so you will take every oportunity to close gap onto your enemy.
