Hi! Drooling over your cross stitch kit finds! Those are my favorite to list, store, ship...just so easy! Once at a garage sale, I walked away with a crate for $22 filled with kits and yes a couple were around the $100 mark. I look like crazy for them ever since! Congrats!
I was bubbling over with glee on the Learn To Draw kit! I’m 69+ and John Gnagy was my mentor! I had a kit and watched him on TV( unless I am inventing this memory ) but when you showed the kit , my reaction was JOHN GNAGY!!!
Envious of that needlework haul! When I see an item has sold at auction for a particular price, I always list it for 1.5x that final price. That rule of thumb usually holds true. Compare what sold for BIN to auction ends and you’ll see. You can always come down if it doesn’t sell fast.
Yes generally auction prices are lower. The one that was slightly more at BIN was not moving, just accumulating watchers. I don’t often use auction prices for guides but this one seemed to work.
Love the new old stock! Always surprises me what things will sell for plus how fast! I check office supplies-have sold automatic stapler refills for big money!
Struck gold today! Almost seems like a craft store donated those kits, then again, almost all had a cat theme so maybe just a cat lover. Love the cat eyes one! Wish I had the patience, hate ctd cross but used to do needlepoint and still enjoy it. That floral pillow kit should sell for better money, look at all that yarn! Glad you stopped in, even the clothes were gret pick ups!
Dimensions Gold is the premiere name in needlework kits. Have sold quite a few over the years. Most recently found 3 at a Habitat Restore - paid $15 each which is a lot for me, but sold each quickly for a hefty profit.
Awesome find with the needlework kits! Some of the Dimensions gold are worth a lot. I have the Dimensions Peacock in my shop now and it’s worth $20 but isnt moving. I think the crewel kits and finished pieces go for the most-also the kits that are a Disney collab ~Please update how they sell. 🤩😀

I bought a box of kits at a garage and managed to sell almost all. The box cost $10 I am working on a second box but these are not as nice and are not all xstitch. We will see how embroidery does. Love your videos
