I would have added pecans to the dressing and add a third cup of sour cream to can of mushroom soup and pour over dressing so it isn't so dry and it would have brought flavors out! I also make a pear sauce to put over my chops instead of french onion dip. In a sauce pot melt a little butter, add some cubed, fresh pears and saute, then add some heavy whipping cream, stir continuously until thickens a little and pour over chops. Delish! I like to cook my pork chops on top of stove in about an inch of water with added spices! However the sauce is just as tasty over baked or fried chops. I try to keep it healthy as much as I can! 1 more quick recipe I think you might like. Layer tortillas in casserole dish add shredded chicken (already cooked) layer black olives, dab sour cream randomly, layer some shredded cheese, layer some cream of mushroom soup. Repeat layers until done, bake in oven til hot throughout and cheese is melted, a YUM!!!
