Thank you for the video. However my new 16 inch lontor (without mist) fan remote doesn't work. I changed the battery thinking that's the problem but it still does not work so I have to manually operate the fan which defeats the purpose of a remote controlled fan. What can I do or is there anyone selling a new remote for the fan?

I went to get this particular fan but a young man discouraged me from buying. He said that i wont be able to power it straight up using electricity, ill need a convertor, something like a stabilizer. Please, how true is this?
@@Rash_Tech_TVKindly note that this fan does not have a cooling system but what it does is to convert the water into mist which in turn reduces the hotness of the room. And this works if you observe well if you want it to cool, put ice or cold water in the water compartment.
My own lontor rechargable is not working oh. I fixed it well ...yet is not working. D recharge light is not coming on at all. If I socket it ,it will on and off. Why on socket oh. I try to recharge it...d light is not coming on . 🙆🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️
Please help me, after cleaning my fan six months after i purchased it. I noticed that the moment i insert the cord and turn on the socket, it turn on the green light even though the battery is low. And no matter how long i leave it to charge, the moment power outage is gone, it stops working. Pleaaase help
The screw that locks the water tank has a spring, let the side with the spring be facing outside the tank and the shorter side of the screw face inward.

Except if you did not close the water inlet cover well.

There is a mist button on the fan that you need to activate by pressing it or using the remote

If you have bought it within 6 months, you have a warranty. You will need to visit the service centre.
