I would NOT call corporate, unless she was rude to me again. We never know what someone is going through that makes them act rudely ONE TIME. I agree that her behavior was wrong, but maybe she is a single mom who just got some really upsetting or frustrating news about her child and she is struggling with how to deal with it. Or maybe 10 minutes before this, her manager yelled at her about food costs and threatened to fire her and now 10 minutes later she is still upset and sensitive about it. Or maybe she is just a RUDE person who DOES deserve to be reported. But we don't know based on one rude experience. Many times in my life I have had similar experiences (because I eat fast food A LOT, lol) and then the next time i encountered the rude individual, i tried to be as nice as I could, and said something like "are you having a better day today, last time I came in you seemed like you were having a bad day and you got really upset when I asked for a cup of cheese" and the rude person replied with something like "oh my God I am so sorry, I was having a terrible day that day and I took it out on you, I am so sorry" and then that person was super nice to me. I know it might sound crazy, but it happens. Just me personally, i don't want to get someone in trouble based on one bad day they might be having. Now if they treat like that the second time, it's on!!!!😆😆😆

I worked In the catering business for 7 years I loved it that was my passion I made it a point to please everyone I even made orders that was not on the menu I just love to cook and please the customers and as far as the the little things like sauce napkins spoons I was in there I even learned how to take a napkin and turn it into a duck or carve a watermelon into a fruit baskets everyone just have to find their passion and roll with it !

I just had to call McDonald's corporate bc all 4 happy meals we got were screwed up and tasted awful, plus there was an employee in the parking lot 15 ft from the drive thru smoking a blunt.
