I have a really hard question for me. In the minute 11:32 you see an option named "Remove iPhad from Organization". For practices I use this option to see what was going on and well the device was removed of and leaving me config the device like a personal one without starting again the enrollment process.... The question here is. How can I prevent to this message appear because I dont want the users to press it and use the phone like a personal one. When I was to the ABM i Saw the phone out of my MDM server and it was in the Apple configurator server (IDK) .Please answer me this question. thank you.
Using the Apple configurator to upload the device to ABM give this option, however if your Phone vendor uploads the Phone directly to ABM at the time of purchase the remove option can be avoided
I never tried, but according to Microsoft documentation If the device is uploaded by an authorized reseller to your ABM tenant, you do not need to do anything. The user will not get the option to remove it.
@@TechConect Hi Tech, i'm trying to enroll now my Iphone using the Apple configurator to upload the device to ABM and connecting to my MDM server. I have the Enrollment profile with the device added but every time I start the device I dont see the remote management Screen. I don't know why, The first time i done this in fact it apperared but I had an error in the enrollment and I just had to format the device with 3 U tools. Now i'm trying to see again the enrollment but it's imposible every time I start the device and I do the thing with another Iphone with Apple configurator, the new devices catches it nicely but when it restarts. the device dont catch the enroll and starts like a personal fresh iphone.

@@TechConect thank you for your quick reply. you have a new sub. How can I avoid this if the reseller add the devices to ABM itself?

If the device was previously enrolled in tune, you will need to delete it first before you run it through the auto enrollment.
