Thank you... That help me..... I just have one more question on the same product. I bought the house with this alarm system, I did not activate yet through the security company. But this alarm system keeps peeping 3 chimes every min and it's telling me that my CPU battery is low. What do I do?

Find the main control box, its the box in the basement or in a closet with the white antennas coming out of the top of the box and open it, disconnect the red and black lead from the battery( small black cube type thing inside the box) take it to Lowes or Homedepot and have them match it to a new one.
