Does anyone else feel queasy whenever they see a car driving through the water like that? It feels like I'm there with them and any moment the water will sweep us away 😭💀 39:00
Sir your flood driving skills are absolutely phenomenal and you have nerves of steel. I guess that comes with experience. And you have plenty. Thanks for all your work.
Ah good ole Fema tarps. Had mine on my rook after hurricane Frances and then stayed there for hurricane Jeanne. From the sky it looked like everyone had a pool but really they had no roof and was covered by blue tarps. I cant get enough of this channel and hope this year I can add to your collection if we get anything. I live on the east coast of FL on the barrier islands.
I lived here all my life. I’m 35 now and after Hurricane Laura followed by delta I had enough. I lost a home for hurricane Rita then Ike a few years later then Laura 15 years after Rita. Everyone has a breaking point. My breaking point was after losing my 3rd house. Thanks for making this and sharing it. I’m interested in watching it but it is hard to watch at the same time because I recognize everything.
Hurricanes are kind of cool though in spite of everything. Even though I am not an official chaser I will start chasing this year. I hope one comes to some part of Florida this year.
Incredible footage. I rode out the storm about 20 miles north of here. I grew up fishing and crabbing along these roads and recognize some of the area shown.
I’ve lived in Louisiana my whole life and been through many hurricanes and Laura and Delta was the two that got closest to where my family lives and so many families in my neighborhood lost their homes
Love the eddy's keeping some very light debris in front of the car in the lee of that building at about 18-20 minutes whilst the storm rages in the background, such a contrast!
Creole is the town I was born in and raised in Cameron Louisiana! My family is from Creole and Cameron and Chenier Perdue! Nothing much left to these towns since hurricane 🌀 Rita.
Grew up in southwest Florida, but have been living in Nashville for years. I enjoy your videos. But I am also very triggered with serious anxiety. Those scenes where you are driving on the flooding road at the start of the video, my God.. I feels like the water is gonna gobble you up! Lol.
Rob, why dont you make your own videos. Then we all can come and sht all over them with our "suggestions" on how to make them better. Sound good there smart guy??
1:28:11 WTF dont get out and help the guy!. Hey buddy jump in the ditch and let me know how deep it is. Then i can go around, and leave you here so you can look after that Hernia. Oh did i mention that i could pull it out of the way. OOpps i bad.
Upon occasion we think about moving to the SE States. Then we see this. Think we'll stay put and deal with the infrequent blizzards and ice of the PNW region .ya'll stay safe!
Why cant you get out and help your buddy move stuff? I'm new so I don't know if you've had an injury or something. And that poor bird. But excellent footage and stay safe out there.
Tornado chasing f4's & f'5's insane, very dangerous but seems relatively Safe when compared to chasing hurricanes of the force in a area so flat & right next to the Gulf!💣 is "Death Con5" with your life!💯...big up's to the Adrenaline slightly insane risk takers who delivers Amazing Angry Nature😤 for our entertainment and weather data right?😅!👏💯🔥✊🏿😎👍🏿

I remember during that time until Ida in 2021, we were getting slammed by one after another. We seemed to be mostly on the eastern side. Just about the worst side to be on except for a direct hit. Really bad times.
I was thinking the same thing. I'd at least try. I couldn't live with my self. A person is even worse to leave there. Wow. I didn't know this about their channel.
They are well known to be dangerous drivers also. Dangerous to other peoples. I have never seen them help a single person or animal. Pathetic is what they are.
He's risking his life for a vid in the middle of a hurricane wow everyone should subscribe to him lol I hope you don't get hurt or flipped over because that's alot of rain and flooding vs your truck
Exactly!!! I’m over here screaming OMG OMG turn around I don’t how they are mobile in small vehicles…..it blows my mind! too much to the left or right and you’re swept away
The differences between this video and MICHAEL: THE FORGOTTEN HURRICANE are glaring. White letters on white background at the upper screen totally unreadable. Where you were and what you were trying to accomplish missing. Some lead in for those of us who aren't stormchasers would have been nice. It's like you took time to make MICHAEL into a documentary style. This opens with you following another stormchaser, but we don't know where or why there were piles of debris. Driving on the, I guess there was a road under that water somewhere, was gut wrenching. Thanks for showing why people should heed hurricane warnings. May GOD protect you.
When you're driving on the flooding road like that you can hardly see the edge and if you slip out off the road in such strong winds and rain..you're bound to be finish ‼️💀☠️
I feel so sad for them. I'm just laying by my beautiful pool that overlooks the bay Thinking of you all. Oh my how horrible. I say a little prayer before I jump into my pool.
Does anyone else feel queasy whenever they see a car driving through the water like that? It feels like I'm there with them and any moment the water will sweep us away 😭💀 39:00

This whole video gives me anxiety with you driving through the water. That’s being said, it’s an awesome video. Thanks for the footage.
I've been through 47 hurricanes.

Sorry to hear that now . we have no idea what its like over here in Ireland weatherwise . god bless take care . from Tipperary Ireland .
Hurricanes are kind of cool though in spite of everything. Even though I am not an official chaser I will start chasing this year. I hope one comes to some part of Florida this year.
I hear u only thing that's still there after Rita is the traffic light and street signs! My uncles Fredmans bar has been gone!
I remember Fredmans bar. I was too young at the time to go but I remember the name and where it was.

Ok, your legit. Take care and as Bon Jovi said.....Keep the Faith
Great video..but my anxiety was through the roof watching. Be safe out there! Better than watching a thriller movie.😫

Glad I'm here watching

Wow. Great video. This is LA
I personally thought this man much too inside the danger zone.🤚
He always is, I think they lost a guy before in Katrina.... he is as smart as they come though beings..... or just HUGE BALLS....
I agree. I also think they make the situation moremdangerous for other people. Usually locals.
If possible I would suggest moving the camera back slightly, the wiper blades are making it difficult to watch. Especially on high. Great work
