Kashmiri chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Garm masala powder 1/4tsp
Hang Curd 2-3tsp
Oil 2tbsp

Butter 10gm
Whole Spices
Tomato 350gm
Kaju 50gm
Kashmiri chilli 4no
degi mirch powder 1/2tsp
Green chilli 2no
Coriander Stump 5-6
Ginger 1no
Garlic 8-10
Salt to taste

I have tried nearly 6 different butter chicken recipes but this one turned out to be the best. Not even kidding. Other videos do not tell you about the elaichi, kasuri methi to be added in the end and it DOES make a huge difference.

I cook tomatoes for atleast 15 minutes to make them less sour.
And from 9:20 - dont let chilli powder burn, cook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame, then add the prepared paste and DO NOT add water during this step and let it cook for 5-6 minutes till oil seperates stirring occasionally so it does not burn, then add chicken in it and cook with the sauce and now you can add water.
Also, at 10:07 you do not need to change the cooking vessel, just keep cooking in the same one.
