Doctor you didn’t cover the symptom “white coating on tongue” no matter how you brush and clear it off. It comes back. Never had this issue before and it suddenly started happening to me. I heard it could be from my gut health. I have digestive issues and h pylori.

Food is not getting digested. Cut back on heavy foods, dairy, greasy, processed foods. Increase fiber.
