Ok, so after a week I finally finished my bag. I used your patterns and this tutorial. And wow, so much work.. of course I used a thick material, which kind of made things more difficult and I had to redo many stitches. All in all, thank you so much :)
I wanted a thick and stronger bag too. Oh the strain of seams and fitting everything together!! Worse still the material frayed so easily. It was upholstery fabric, beautiful teal and black, oh so pretty but a real @;$(!.&/ to sew!! Next time I'll make it easy on myself and use denim or a light canvas. I agree with other comments. This girl is NEAT and very PRECISE. Well done 👏👏👏👏👏
I made it. I adjusted the size of the bottom of the lining. I used pieces of old Jeans and a checkered blue fabric for lining. Thank you very much. Fotini from Greece❤

Nancy De George you could go over everything once more with a zigzag stitch to avoid fraying ! 😄 or use the funky looking scissors aha
