  • Jhora Nach is a traditional folk dance of the Gurung community, typically performed during festivals and celebrations. The energetic and rhythmic dance is characterized by rapid footwork and intricate hand movements. Jhora Nach is performed to worship and appease the gods and goddesses, particularly the deity of rain and fertility, and to bring good fortune, prosperity, and a bountiful harvest.
