The same idea of this glider runway is located very near me in Jeżów Sudecki. I haven't been able to start from there but my glider instructor did and i think it is possible to go from that sloped runway to the airport in jelenia góra but i am not sure 100%. Still it is very interesting concept. Gliders are very fun

I found that airport in GeoFS and I tested the method myself and it works worse alright and also could you explore GeoFS again? A lot has changed, like we have the A530 and 777-300ER as official aircrafts now.

Ohh my! It's in Poland, in my country! I had no idea. In Polish mountains, in Bezmiechowa 😄
You almost nailed pronounciation (only the "ch" sound was wrong) good job ^^ Bezmiehowa is way to pronounce it using English (in Polish "ch" is simply same sound as "h").

Been there irl. The gliders actually land on a plain field on the bottom of the slope and then they are transported to the top with a pickup truck

That Glider Slope is actually a location in the browser flight simulator Geo-Fs that Swiss001 did a video on. (On Geo-Fs not the glider slope.)
