First early potato harvest

Thank you for sharing information about the purple potatoes. I looked them up because I had no idea of the health benefits. I'd originally bought a bag of organic colored baby potatoes last year. A few were sprouting so I planted them. I found the purple ones very easy to grow. I haven't dug up this years crop yet but if the plant size is anything to go by I don't think I'm going to be disappointed. I'll enjoy eating them even more now that I know how nutritious they are.
