EAC-PM Report: Hindu Population Dipping ? | UPSC | Drishti IAS

The share of Hindu population in India has dipped 7.82 per cent while that of Muslims, Christians and Sikhs has seen a rise in the 65-year period between 1950 and 2015, a new analysis by Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (PM-EAC) has shown, suggesting a ‘conducive environment’ for increasing diversity. The PM-EAC report titled ‘Share of Religious Minorities: A cross country analysis’ studied data on religious composition of populations for 167 countries. The dipping majority population and rising minority population in India was in line with global trends, also seen in Europe, but stood out in relation to India’s neighbours. The analysis relied on the Religious Characteristics of States Dataset 2017 to track religious composition across countries.The study focussed only on countries that had a majority religion accounting for more than 50 per cent share of the total population in 1950. Hindu fir kab bharat me khatam ho jayenge pta hi nhi chalega. Agar Hindu dharm sanskruti Bharat sarkar ko bachani hai to Population Control Bill ( 2 children law) lana chahiye.

There are undoubtedly so many problems in India... people are facing many conditions like lack of nutritious food, inflation, diseases cause of pollution and i think all the problems are connected with only one solution that its our responsibility to stop the over population.. we are the future of India if we can't understand the seriousness of this topic then our future is in danger....due to increasing population of India people faces so many problems... infact i face so many problems...the government make more highways, apartment by cutting all the forests.....our soil will be infertile if this much harvesting is doing on the land of india....farmers use bad products to produce more crops which is obviously so unhealthy for our health...be aware, be responsible...Try to give birth only two children's not more then that...give them a bright future.. thanks..
