Real good acting from the pair Paige sandhu is killing her role as meena and Rebecca Sarker is quite amazing at showing her disgust of meena this episode was great
This has been an absolutely pathetic storyline. Meena's been badly written ever since she first came on to the show, and Manpreet will have no future once the truth is revealed. If Emmerdale were so desperate to have yet another serial killer, they could have come up with someone more believable.
I mean no, Meena isn't like all the others who did it out of desperation or because they felt they had to, she just enjoys killing people, she's an out-and-out psycho who likes killing and harming people on a fundamental level.
@@Darskul There's the problem- how can a storyline where a character has no redeeming features at all be interesting? If you consider someone like Carl King, he spent years regretting killing his dad, and it led to him slowly destroying himself. Meena's boring because she's one dimensional. She's been written into a corner.

@@callumbarrington898 I think the main issue is that they're trying to play her as like a pantomime villain, someone whos so cartoonishly evil that she's enjoyable to watch. But they're dragging it out way too much and it's just not fun to watch (also her acting can be a bit too much at points and then not enough at others but that'd a separate issue)
There were 2 Takes ! one with the girls falling back onto A crash mat, then that shot was plateted in to the Explosion ! (My Son in Law is Production Director for Emmerdale)

Meena lied about the text messages to Charles and turned half the village against Manpreet for something she didn't do. She's faked a pregnancy and tried to plant drugs on someone, out of jealousy, she tried to seduce a man whilst he was drunk and semi-conscious, then lied to him and said he tried to seduce her. As well as the obvious murders she's committed, she really really really doesn't deserve respect.
