Its takes practice. A stainless steel table is easiest, and I use powdered sugar on the counter top to prevent sticking. Good luck!

Use tylose in the fondant to help it dry faster. You can make them like 5 days before

I use food gel. They also sell chocolate food dye. Chef master sells candy color
