- Our Baguio series Part 2 of 5 continues today as we dig deeper in their local culture through the Mountain Man himself, Chef Chavi Romawac.
He and his family welcomes us into their ancestral home in Baguio with a unique, rustic set up of live fire and coal cooking in their roofdeck kitchen. A private dinner highlighting Cordilleran cuisine and dishes that Igorots eat on a daily basis. Every single detail of this video is just so special that you have to experience it yourself and book a private dinner too!
