I know Ashley Young can have his moments of "Oh know here we go again" but I think the reason he's been kept on at our club is his leadership in the dressing room, his professionalism and I think the way Seamus does for the younger lads that can rub off and when you watch him play he's always encouraging the more inexperienced players and what I have noticed is we became a soft touch not putting officials under scrutiny for say penalties and freekicks and Ashley Young does all that more than most of our players apart from Captain Fantastics Tarky and Seamus..!! So I reckon that's a big reason why Dyche has kept him around the squad and dressing room cos that can have a big influence on a team if you've got the right characters 💙UTFT💙
