    I am glad that the Bay Area is recognizing the role of transit for non-commuting trips. Anywhere in Europe or Japan public transit is often the best option for many trips. New York City could also take a hint by adding more frequent service even at night.

    I’m actually impressed with the Bart police presence lately. We want more! A couple of bums started a shouting match as we approached the walnut creek station last week. Police quickly removed them from the train and the rest of the ride was pretty quiet.

    wow what a waste of money.
    old trains work fine, yet they spent millions to throw out the perfectly working trains for fancier ones.
    The money could have gone to hiring guards in each station. like how DC metro does it.

    The fact they are pushing hard for 20 minutes😂 here in dc they are at least every twelve with many lines at 8 or 6 unless it’s after 9:30 where some are every 15

    Still
    No room for the luggage for people traveling to the airport.

      What do you mean? You just keep it next to you at the seat. Metro/subway trains never have designated luggage storage. This is not a thing. Even on the dedicated airport commuter trains this is not always a feature.

    bart is so wasteful, I never use it and hate the idea of paying for something so shoddy...

    • @TohaBgood2
      @TohaBgood2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Wasteful? An electric train that carries more people over the Bay with two tracks then the entire Bay Bridge with 10 lanes of car traffic. You think that that is "wasteful"?
      Lol, are you like from a parallel dimension where physics works differently?

      What are you talking about, bud?
      You do understand that the 20 minutes is the off-peak frequency at night, right?
