I don't want to say but in our country Hindi speakers get more preference and seats than us non hindi.
Every state give 1st preference to their own language speaking student in interview if a Hindi speaking student apply from south India they also don't give preference to Hindi speaking student
Rrb there are so many seats from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh etc & you know from 2 years sbi report zero vacancy in bihar so all these are luck & policy
Coins have two faces, You should also see that Hindi states have highest cutoffs also than any other Regional language state apart from Hindi.

Sir I'm from Jharkhand, and Right now General vacancy is only 26 , In which Bank of India has highest and also in my Nearby BOI has maximum branches, so should I place BOI at top irrespective of others factors which One should Consider while filling preference.
Or I should go for other state for more vacancies also for less cut-off than Jharkhand as per previous cutoffs.

Yes sir interstate transfer is possible in ibps clerk especially for girls...my sister got transferred to home state in 2 years after joining in 2017...for guys it might not be that easy
