me being from Oakland also being Yemeni and betty saying "we're here to see if there's any Ethiopian food" I literally started thinking of alllll the Ethiopian restraunts
not to mention I was raised on telegraph couple blocks away from the first restaurant. I used to go there all the time im literally cravvvvving it right now

@@TylerBetty I'm sorry for the late reply. IMO you had been all the good Habesha food places. As my friend suggested lake Merrit is really awesome on the Weekends. There are some people who serve Habesha Buna with some bites on the weekend afternoon. So you can have a seat by the grass while you enjoying Traditional Habesha Coffee serving on ስኒ :)
If you guys want to take a break from Habesha foods... There is a really good mac&cheese place in the Temescal neighborhood ( Named Home-Room). Another really good steak place called Town House. If you into nightlife, there are plenty of places in SF. I can suggest some, but I don't know if they are fully open yet.
You might want to check if they open, Sheba Restaurant in SF, you can enjoy live Jazz while sipping your wine and eating Kitfo. Such a cozy place. Good luck!

I luv the Et food in DC, check out Dukem and Habesha on U street! It is mind-blowing! Kudos to the owners!
