I try living with depression and severe anxiety every day I'm on meds and it's bullshit it does nothing but it's hard very hard and suicidal thoughts it's scary and saddening and lonely
You certainly can turn your life around - good for you mate, love your honesty - my cousin was an addict for many years (heroin) she was involved in some heavy shit and from the gutter she pulled herself together and has managed to turn her life around - she now holds down a full time job, owns 2 properties, she has found love and has a purpose in life - she shares her story with the youth in the hopes that they don’t go down the road of destruction that she once did - there is hope and I wish you all the best in your enlightened recovery..
Share this story because you always hear bad news a addicts you never hear about the ones who got out and made a kind life. I to was a street junky yet I man to get away from that life. Now I have my mortgage paid I employ six men in construction work and it breaks my soul to see how society want nothing to do with them. How can a person get away from a crap life if nobody gives them a chance.☘️

Hats off to you ben a feel u on the anxiety depression and active addiction, i was a crack head, smack head and anything that would mask the pain and take away the thoughts but im nearly 3yr clean of class A's and nearly 12month completely drug free! Never look back on life unless its to see how far uv come! Uv come a long way in life and i can see a massive change in u here from when a first seen u online big up and massive respect 🙏 never give up bro!

As an experienced mental health nurse can I say I have a lot of respect for Ben and everything he says is spot on. With regard to the medications, his insight, how the system works and his views of others. He’s a top lad and so glad he’s doing so well and he’s a strong lad. Keep going Ben.
I was on tramadol for 20 years became an addict, but in 2022 I came off it and it was the hardest thing ever. But I’m so much better now, no one take it

@@dan9700I think I would of been off them now but we lost are daughter in march 2023 and it’s been to hard to stop them it seems to hide the pain of losing our beautiful daughter but thank for reaching out I really do appreciate you trying to help we have a big fight with the nhs she still should of been here if they would of done their job properly they have admitted a lot already we are just waiting for are solicitors to give the go head 👍

My brother has schizophrenia and I’ve watched and grown up seeing what he goes through again when he is in a state of drugs it’s so bad we have found him hiding in the loft convinced people are comming for him all sorts bits not nice I suffer bipolar personality disorder it’s hard and not enough is done for people like urselfs xx

I enjoyed listening to this one, it will be a big hit with the bare knuckle community because a lot of men are In similar mindsets in life… I actually became a judge scoring one of the fights on street beefs, it was a random one because I was part of the team that put the ring up from where it was rented It was in a leisure centre actually I believe this was actually before I started the bare knuckle my self but I can’t remember that far back Ben is a good lad, he isn’t lying about being game either 😂🤣 He made sure everyone knew if there was trouble, the result would be violence 😂🤣 win or lose! INSPIRATIONAL! 👍🏻 The goal of finding yourself, would make a good book.

He lies a lot I meet him when I was on lay down and he wouldn’t stop tormenting the hard hitters or top shelf villains. He was afraid all the time. I actually seen him being walked away from people in conversation. He is a fake wannabe who turned up in the mental health system because he tried to kill him self many times. Ben would never have seen Brady none of us was allowed see the beasts. He is sad and lives another man’s life he was in the system because he couldn’t hack it and made many attempts at taking his own life. I feel sad for him if he lived his own life he’d be fine. He lives a lie.☘️
From the bottom of my heart i wish the best for Ben. Watching that made me realise a lot about myself and the similarities of what he’s going through in my own life. Nothing changes if nothing changes. well done lads

Thankfully I am ten months clean from heroin I am a few weeks clean from other drugs to I am still drinking but at least I am not using drugs
