As a Korean-American trying to dig into my roots, it's really great to have this type of stuff to help me feel less alienated. I hated my culture for the longest up until like last year when I turned 23, mainly because my family was so broken. I even lived in Palisades Park, New Jersey for a while with Korean elders and I still felt so alienated in a town dominated by Korean immigrants. It's been a slow process but seeing things like this really helps. Also, seeing bits of Koreatown, Manhattan brings back memories for me. Thank you for doing what y'all do and keep killing it. I'm gonna try to do my part too.

Someone didn't get the memo that America is racist in it's very nature. All the races only tolerate one another. Asian immigrants realize that when they see the racially divided nature of American cities. It's truly sad how the average person doesn't even understood white flight and gentrification.
