At 01:54, you KD again the chanter and it stops the tp-ing bug as you can see. Wouldn't call out the video about any "magician" tbh, but only about stupid bugs :/
YeL Low You can always slow the video if needed. I don't know what that bug/glitch is but the same happened in an earlier fight aswell. It made the fight harder as I couldn't follow him at all.

lnfera Yeh it mostly happens when you aerial someone with extend. Either gotta KD the person again or run out of range :/
