    As a dietitian iwas kayo sa instant noodles, fastfood, alak, salty foods, soft drinks. Drink more water atleast 3 to 4 liters a day. Do some exercise 3 to 4x a week. Isa lang ang buhay naten kaya need naten alagaan. Pag na diagnose ka ng dialysis forevwr na yan unless mag pa kidney transplant ka na sobrang mahal and medication mo a month pa

      Yung may ari ng mga instant na yan mga process food at mga delata na super yaman hindi naman yan kumakain ng produkto nila dahil alam nilang mapapadali ang buhay nila diyan.

    Cause ng Kidney disease :
    1. High Blood Pressure

    3. NSAID abuse - pag konting sakit inom ng pain reliever agad, mefenamic, celecocive at iba pang matatapang na pain reliever.

    Ngayong nasa abroad ako , narealised ko sobrang alt at sobrang tamis mga pagkain natin sa pinas. Sobrang makemikal din mga canned goods natin. Nagstruggle ako dati mag adjust sa mala bland food dito sa inang bansa, but nung naka adjust na aq, parang di ko na kaya ang alat at tamis ng pinoy food.

      Hindi yan sa 3 times a day rice. That’s been the culture not just in the Philippines but in most Asian countries. If you noticed, these health problems only started to increase the past couple of decades. That’s because of the changing diet and increased availability of unhealthy foods. Remember back in the day na konti lang ang fast food restaurants, walang masyadong milk tea, smoothies or Frappuccino? Ngayon they’re all over the place. Foods are filled with bad sugar, fat and salt. Add to that na hindi umiinom ng tubig and hindi nageexercise. I mean, I see a lot of reels na even though it’s the hottest it’s ever been in the Philippines, hot coffee parin ang iniinom. Rice 3 times a day is not the problem here. Yes, rice will break down into sugar but it is a type of food that will make you feel full and energetic without having sudden blood sugar spike. Rice in moderation is still ok.

    It's a choice of lifestyle lang yan. Tamad mag nutritional Meal at the rest ng percent sa Pag exercise kaya asa sa maintenance na gamot. Pero pag highly discipline at mindset ka, kahit pamilyado ka magagawa mo maka minimize ng unhealthy lifestyle.

    Sa katigasan din ng ulo ng tao yan marami akong natikmang luto dito samin na puro maaalat pero tikim lang dahil nga sa kumakalat na balita tungkol sa kidney disease tapos yung mga disert grabi ang tamis kaya't marami dito type 2 diabetic. Tapos pinopromote pa yan ng mga blogger yung mga maaalat na pagkain at matatamis dahil sa kakabili ng paninda nila yumaman na sila at yung mga bumibili ng maaalat at matatamis na pagkain nagdurusa na sa sakit at matitipok na.

I know yung lang kasi afford ng maraming tao ngayon pero pwede nyo gawin mas healthy version ng instant noodle kung di nyo ilalagay or uubusin laman ng powder pakete na pangpalasa dahil ang daming sodium nun. Kung gagamitin mo man kahit isang kurot lang para may konting lasa ang instant noodles. At mix nyocsa noodles nyo konting repolyo, carrots, or pwede din toge or boiled egg. Mas healthy at mas nakakabusog at mababa sa sodium.

OF vourse umiwas na din sa soft drinks at 1x a day kanin kunti lang if possible more on vegs kayo luto kayp bulanglang n gulay na walang bagoong or asin , so fat yan ginawa ko after ma iflush ng doctor ko yong bumarang mga bato sa kidney ko pero madami pa daw naiwan kasi di nila maalis yon nakasuksok daw ang good news lang is wsla akung diabetes or high blood preasure kasi if meton ka nito lalong madadamage daw ang kidney ng isang tao .. No junk food din mga kabayan lalo na mga process meat ot mga daing daing pa yan .

My gosh mga ibang pinoy mataas ang lipad magkano ba sahod mo a month at kung maka assume ka ng tao di mo kilala .
