That was a nice ride. It looks like the number of passengers is increasing towards old normal. The Hiversum stop was heartening. The was quiet enough my mind wandered to strange questions.
Does anybody do any cleaning in the trains when they are on their turn around waits at the ride terminations? If you have three trains coupled together for a 10 car train such as this one can you leave the doors on one or two of them closed to keep them clean for a much busier return trip as multiple trains?

Thanks. At soms stations trains are cleaned, but not this one. For instance th IC that travels all day from Amersfoort to Almere via Amsterdam and back, gets cleaned in Almere.
It is possible to lock all doors of a complete train set, but this is usually mostly done because there is just one conductor when there should be two on longer trains.

Toch heeft Naarden Bussum nog een klein stukje spoor 3,in de overweg bij die nieuwe flatgebouwen.

Het losspoortje heeft er ook nog heel lang gelegen. Eigenlijk heb ik ze het nooit zien weghalen en ik stel me altijd voor dat dat nog onder de parkeerplaats ligt..

@@CabviewHolland ja daar waar nu die flats staan,het lag er heel lang,niks gezien dat het werd weggehaald,mogelijk ligt het er nog,ik denk dat Pro Rail vast meer ken vertellen.effe die firma bellen op het gratis info nummer:0800 7767245. dan horen we hopelijk het hele verhaal.ook over die schuil bunkers langs het spoor WO2.
