The way she talked of her B.C feeling about money like the two hyenas from Lion King 1 just made me feel wow...this piece is a MUST LISTEN for all women...men take notes ✍🏽
By the way I grew up seeing my grandma and mother having some chums and me being observant as always, they'd distract you to bring out the money hidden (women's money was not to be talked about or even flaunted)... I also remember when she was investing in insurance policies, she only told me so that in any case anything happened to her, at least someone would have intel there is money somewhere... I'm glad you ladies are having this conversation, let us men keep taking notes. 😉
In a time when I am just awakening from financial mistakes...you have recently changed my perception. I need to enrol for Centonomy. Thanks for sharing
Caro, please tie this money topic to the eventuality of death too. We seem never prepared for funerals and are always forming WhatsApp groups, harambees and the like... especially the Luo.🤔 Am in love with your channel lately💓💓
Wow! Wamaitha is a jar of wisdom 😑❤❤, plus beautiful too. Dang! I love this conversation, I totally relate 💯💯💯 & Caroline Mutoko, 'AIN'T NOTHING AS GOOD AS YOUR OWN CHUMS' 👏👏🙌
his was sooooo good. Makes me thank my grand parents for the relentless push for my mum and her siblings to study, because it opens up your eyes and you get to know what to do with money, how to create a way to make sure the younger gen have a place to start or even change their mentality
Here we're thanks Carol your simply amazing. Mad love for you gal watching from middle East. God bless you for this smart conversation. Boooom we're owning grounds as wemen....
Loving the four ladies. It is very possible to relate with you because you all literally represent the different financial phases we go through during financial literacy and embracing this liberation to its accorded magnitude of impact. Keep pushing for financial literacy.
@Caroline... I really appreciate your videos. Amazing content and you nail it as it is. This one is hilarious as well as informative. The Lion King analogy is just it....I shudder....
This year, my mum went to pay for my brother's school fees at an agent and my dad had accompanied her and when it got to that part where they ask you who's paying, the agent refused to acknowledge my mum as the one paying and he got furious because she didn't say it was my dad paying and my brother's name was used as the one paying his fee at the end of it all. We live in an interesting world. Thank you for this conversations Caroline 😄
As a Kenyan woman in the USA with a successful educational TH-cam channel. I help many young men and women understand how to pursue college education in the USA and abroad. Despite living in the USA and working here it's great to know women are doing so well young home especially the young. We need to be empowered.
Shown the Itara and told 'this is where you keep money' I shuddered! Money is so important to me right now, Im talking to my kids about it and only learning from TH-cam coz no one ever bothered to teach me. Here's to the now and future!
This channel is very educative. Thank you Caroline for this, I wish all ladies and youths could be watching useful and important information. Stay blessed.
Believe it or not this is an emotional video for me to watch. Thankful for it, for the different generations represented...yaani Caroline when you do something you do it well, very well. Baraka tele. Oh and by the way, my son has vocalised his frustration with the state of my finances. My pride was hurt but I got over that right quick and decided to take on the challenge to do better. Because children do what their parents do, more than what their parents say.
