My first exposure to the current OVW. I thought at first that opening with a cringe-inducing wedding segment was going to put me off immediately. But by the time we got to the second round of objections, I was laughing my ass off! Immensely entertaining stuff!
Here because I just watched the Netflix show and nearly cried at the last episode ........ I'm a 50 year old grandfather from Wales in the UK !!!! OVW is better than the other 2 imo 👍
OVW reminds me of DragonGate in Japan. Quality in-ring wrestling and talent with a lot of clearly defined characters and factions. OVW is a bit more balanced though with it's women's division, on screen commentary team, and all the fun "entertainment" stuff. Bravo to Al Snow and the team! You can tell he's gearing up everyone for the big paycheck in WWE, AEW, possibly NJPW, while still making an original, quality product with OVW keeping the legacy of the promotion strong(er).
Would Machoman and Liz's wedding at Summerslam count as no drama or interruptions? Cause it wasn't until the backstage segments that there was an interruption.
Freya looks so pretty in her wedding dress 🥺 the whole skit with aaron and freya, was soooo good. That whole storyline was seriously fantastic. When aaron started singing, i absolutely lost it. I haven't laughed that much watching a wrestling skit in probably 20 years.
