autism and my party experiences

hi guys! here Is my new awareness Vlog on autism and my party experiences! going to a party as a autistic person can be stressful for many reasons, socialising, sensory problems, change in routine etc which are all hard for us. I had really bad party experiences but also some really good experiences which I thought I talk about in this! if you ever know a autistic person going to party asked them if their anything you can do to make the party environment more bearable for them everyone deserves to have a good time us autistics shouldnt be stop from doing normal things we people like the rest of yous at the end of the day we allowed to have fun!
