İlk aşama olarak üretimi uygun olan deri seçimi yapılır.
Sonrasında seçilen deri uygun olan bıçaklar ile kesilir.
Kesilen deri parçaları uygun şekilde traşlanarak dikim işlemine geçilir. Dikim aşamasından sonraki fazlalıklar makas ile kırpırlarak temizlenir.
Eğer gerekli delik işlemleri var ise delikler açılır.
Bu aşamada ise artık bayan sandalet şekil olarak ortaya çıkar ve usta titiz bir işçilik ile kalıba ayakkabıyı giydirerek şeklini verir.
Ayakkabı ustası şekli verdikten sonra iç tabanın altı traşlama aşamasına geçilir.
Traşlama aşamasından sonra ise iç tabanın alt yüzeyine yapıştırıcı sürülür.
Yapıştırıcı kuruduktan sonra ısıtma işlemine alınır ve belli bir sıcaklıkta taban ile birlikte ayakkabı ustası el ile güzel bir şekilde hizalayarak birbirine yapıştırır.
Yapıştırılan taban pres makinesine alınarak 20 sn boyunca preslenir ve sağlamlığı artılır.
Daha sonra bayan sandalete güzel görünüm katılması için kenar deri kısımları fırçalama yapılarak karartılır.
Yine başka bir fırçalama işlemi ile artık yapışkanlar güzel bir şekilde temizlenir.
En son aşama olarak alev tutularak hakiki deri bayan sandalet tertemiz hale getirilir.
Ve görselde gördüğünüz hakiki deri bayan sandalet üretimi son haline kavuşur.

After the shoemaker gives the shape, the bottom of the insole is shaved.
After shaving, glue is applied to the lower surface of the insole.
After the adhesive dries, it is put into the heating process and at a certain temperature, the shoemaker aligns it with the sole and glues it together by hand.
The glued base is taken to the press machine and pressed for 20 seconds and its strength is increased.
Then, the leather parts of the edge are darkened by brushing in order to add a beautiful appearance to the women's sandals.
With yet another brushing process, residual adhesives are cleaned well.
As the last step, the genuine leather women's sandals are made immaculate by keeping the flame.
And the production of genuine leather women's sandals that you see in the image reaches its final state.
