The F-750 feels like how a truck should drive in all honesty. It sinks into mud pretty realistically, has decent speed, decent power with the new engine, and it's not sliding all over the damn road. Honestly the 750 is probably the most MudRunner feeling truck that's in SnowRunner.
Yeah they’ve done a very nice job with that truck 👍🏻! It feels very true to the game and it’s real life level! I wish they’d add the mudrunner stuff to this game

The last bit, after the broken bridge I just went up the left side of the bridge & followed the road around the mountain , through the ford (water crossing) then straight into the back of the airport... Saved squeezing thru the tree
Yeah I think that would have been the best option lol 👍🏻 I tried to take a shortcut and it didn’t help lol, although I more don’t like that tree glitch in the trailer thing, it’s got me multiple times since the Kovd update, if not for that I reckon I could have winched through those trees just fine! Of course the trailer sits wide, it's the Wide Flatbed Semi-Trailer. lol Honestly I think they purposely built this trailer for the P16. That's what I used to haul it, and it looks like this trailer is the same width as the P16 is. Granted other trucks with Saddle High can haul it, but I do feel like it was built for the P16.

I'm on PC and although I did get the pre-order most of us didn't get the Navistar. Looks like an awesome rig! Great vid as always. I have learned to also drive my trucks off cliffs and it works quite well if you have repair trucks nearby. I have 3 x GMC's as repair trucks dotted about. This game is the most fun I've had in gaming for awhile. Your vids are the icing on the cake!! Cheers!!!

Love seeing the notification of a new Lone Wolf upload when I get home from work. 😁 I activate all available contracts when I started the map and found the cars already during my loaf fuelled shenanigans but haven't done the mission yet, did however Bruce them to a "main" road for easy access when I get to it. Got a 4 day weekend so I'm expecting to get the map completed. Then on to the trials, gotta get Loafy's girlfriend Masha so he can finally stop being a super wanker and get a nod job instead

I agree activate everything you can, also watch MrSealyP and he always looks at tasks when he finds them but never activates them. It drives me nuts!! I found the second one as I was taking the 🍞🐎 up there to jump off the rock.
I don't drive like an idiot. I'm just really bad it. I took the twin steer to carry mine as they're two slot. I think the river beds meant to be a think layer of stones atop mud which you sink into. That dam tree by the trailer store got caught under the back bumper of the heavy trailer once and I couldn't get it off without unpacking, bring a crane unload the metal beams then lifting it off. All pre garage.

That metal detector seems borderline useless. I had problems finding the second armoured truck as well, and by the time the detector would do any detecting the thing was well within my sight. And if this newfangled tool called "eyes" does a better job I have my doubts that the metal detector is worth the slot.

I was able to use the semi side board trailer for this mission. Didn’t realize you could pack the armored cars and they glitched through my trailer 3 times on the road to the airport until I finally figured it out!

2 grads fully upgraded,flatbed-crane equipped on both,u take the first one to the site winching the kodiak with the metal detector,u find the cars,afterwards u take the second one to the site,load the cars on the grads (one each ofcourse),recover the kodiac,go to the nearby fuel trailer (already spawned on the map by default),drive both grads to the airport.Just a suggestion 😊

Unlocked zimnegorsk and the dolphin this week so far. Love the dolphin, I used the dan to pull both concrete slabs on a trailer from the quarry. And the voron D. Was my fuel carrier. Hitting Alaska once I finish Russia. Then onto the finals. Your videos have helped tons and have been entertaining as well, gives fun ideas to experiment with.
is it just me or does it feel like having the roof rack and custom pickup bed make the truck less top heavy???? it seems like it made the centre of gravity lower
Yeah I should have done the same lol, I didn’t realise I’d be going on an Easter egg hunt for the cars so I kind of made more work for myself hauling a massive trailer from the other side of the map lol! Bruce has been great on this map! The occasional chin catching is worth how well it ploughs through most things very nicely 👍🏻
It’s Mr Lone Wolf the plane is a bit easier to find because 2 of the parts are in a lake and the other isn’t too far from the lake. It’s the one at the bottom of the map.
I activated this mission and got the metal detector upgrade because I was in the area getting metal beams to do that power substation, but I was tracking the power substation contract when I drove over the flag to drive to the armored cars so never knew that was a stage of this and that I did it. I’ve spent 3 evenings with that stupid metal detector driving all over the map as since I completed the 2nd stage without knowing I couldn’t figure out what to do and where to look. I guessed that maybe taking readings from all corners of the map might make some kind of triangulation come up, then I started taking measurements anywhere I could get starting at the bottom working my way up. I almost didn’t watch this video because I didn’t want to cheat, but I’m so done with this mission, and the lure of potential Lo4fy shenanigans drew me in. Now that I see I missed a stage of the mission I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the game would tell you what mission the stage refers to instead of just putting “Stage Completed” when you drive over the flag. I had like 5 tasks to go here or there and see this or that at the time so I just assumed it was one of those. Blue Lo4f has almost clawed his way out of that shallow grave the game put him in. Everything behind the front doors is out of the ground, I’m expecting he’ll be free tonight or tomorrow. Still missing 2, but did that secret delivery task and got awarded a Lo4f, nicely upgraded also, thing it had raised suspension, upgraded wheels, advanced scout winch and maybe a couple other upgrades too

It was a bit of a poorly planned mission really, they should have just had the armoured cars stuck in the river bed or something and skipped the metal detecting and so on! That’s good news on the loaf, it sounds like it’ll make it lol 👍🏻! It’s sad that 2 have gone but you never know, I’m still holding out some slim hope for all the trucks it’s taken from me to appear one day lol! It should still say in the truck store that you own x amount of loafs so they could fix it possibly? I still own 2 Vorons even though I only have 1! I need to get that loaf too, can’t say no to a free upgraded loaf lol 👍🏻🍞🐎
It’s Mr Lone Wolf yes, I’m up to 15 with the 4 that I bough to replace the 4 that we’re stolen (not going to bother selling them back), the one guarding the graveyard, the freebie I got paid to take (what a professional 🐎), and the ones that are just left around various maps in case I need one. One of those new contracts in MI will pay for a fully upgraded Lo4f (near as makes no difference).
I have been on Spintires, a game mad by a 12 year old boy who's ambition was to actually make a game was could NOT be completed ..... so you're not to far wrong with your observation ~ though, that now grown up boy in not involved at all in SnowRunner. :)
I got 2 750s at this point.yea, the new engine helps it loads. Both of mine have the racks, and yea, not really affected one way or the other by them. Can use any trailer or bed for the ba20s. 2 slot cargo. Now the bomber wont pack on anything but that wide flatbed. Oh i modded the Navistar into my game using the stock files. I cant paint it, but its letting me take the mesh/armor off the windows... Might help you with it from the cab view.

Lol I basically added more difficulty to my mission by bringing that big trailer, I didn’t realise all the faffing around with the cars that I’d need to do! If I was to do it again I think I’d just the dolphin and Voron Grad with sideboards lol 👍🏻! Ahhh that’s cool though, it’s a nice truck to use in this game! Yeah I luckily can remove those bars too 👍🏻 can’t remember if I’ve got them on but they’re well worth removing for in cab driving
The Voran Grad, with flatbed and crane worked great. I parked a sideboard trailer in the stream below, loaded one car, went back and picked up the other car, and off to the airport without issue.
That "double" get the Metal Detector had me going for quite a bit. I had found it and put it on my vehicle and was scouting the areas {that I knew the items should be already} n I wus not gettin any hits ........
Yeah it was a bit of a mess in the end! I didn’t mind driving back to get the thing again even though I’d already got it, but the armoured car bit was a bit stupid and not very well planned out! Maybe there will be more future use to that metal detector thing?
Lol good luck with that dude 👍🏻! Although you don’t need to use this massive trailer for this mission, people have suggested just using normal trucks with sideboards and small cranes and grab a car each! I over complicated this mission for the fun of it and it didn’t go well lol 👍🏻
Enjoy the airplane missions! First time I did them on the PTS a while back, they were WAY harder than now. Specifically concerning the biggest piece of airplane with the wide tail and damn trees.
My Armoured cars never actually showed up on the map on the PTS. But One showed up in Imandra and one showed up in Kovd ???? Super glitch, I did recover the cars but even on the release they do not show up on the map ?? They are there if I physically drive to them.
Yeah that’s weird, I didn’t seem to have any major glitches although I found the first car without the metal detector, I’m sure when I find the second one though it only shows up after I scan? But it seems like different people get different glitches
Yeah true actually lol 👍🏻 to be honest I was tired of the mission by the time I got there and clicked off it before I even read it, didn’t realise i got 15 large lol! That helps ease the pain! To be honest those glitchy trees are the worst, it wasn’t this mission specifically, although the whole finding the cars with the metal detector bit was a bit poorly planned lol! I’ve always got room for more loafs and winches 👍🏻

Haven't gotten to doing this contract yet, I got the garage opened and I'm taking a break from it and doing the new michigan contracts, it's a fun map but holy hell does it piss me off
Lol yeah it’s not a bad idea to keep rotating around the maps! It is a great map and a tough one but it can get bloody annoying after too long lol! That’s what I felt like after this mission! I may do one of those Michigan ones soon too 👍🏻

The name of that contract sums up Imandra and to a lesser extend Kovd. Every other map I've explored, I did it with 2-3 trucks max. I have 7 on Imandra right now and 4 of them are tipped over/ stuck. lmao I also drove from Kovd to Imandra with a Dolphin and John with the metal beams and I had an issue with repacking John when the beams fell out and I removed the cargo 3/4 of the way to the substation. :/ At least all I need to do tonight is get the wood planks to fix the power lines. But man. What I was hoping was a 2-3 hour job to do both tasks took 4 hours to just do the first one. And that was also with trying to take the Twinsteer loaded with metal beams from Kovd but I tipped over and said stuff it and brought the Azovs out lol
After the bridge the path that leads you down to the river, you can just go a wee bit a long and swing it back so you can go up the road makes it a lot easier then instead of following the road round just go straight across to the airport. I used the short nose Azov 53 but you can also use the kolab that's a better for the heavy snow
I inadvertently lucked out on this one. I used a sidebed trailer and log crane to transport unpacked logs to the station in order to unlock the garage, and so I had a log crane and trailer already in the area when I started this mission. You can actually grip the top of the armored cars with the log crane and transport them to the sidebed trailer. If you do it this way, you save a lot of time. That big flatbed trailer is a real pain, and there are little pieces along the trailer side that can easily get you stuck
600+ hours in Snowrunner but this map has killed the enjoyment instead of having fun and enjoying the game this map has become a time-consuming frustrating waste of my time. It almost feels like doing a job that you hate but have to do.
Yeah I know what you mean in some ways, I think it’s best to play this map in doses, but still go off and enjoy faster maps, that’s why I said in the imandra exploration vid that some kind of bonus map that’s fast paced would be cool too! I’ve not got bored of this map and I do like the difficulty of it overall (apart from a few bits of super snow) as an easy map would get completed very quick, but yeah when I was looking for those armoured cars I did get bored of doing this mission a bit! That’s where they need to find that balance between a tough game but a playable game long term, they do make some aspects a bit too serious for fun

You should try the shifting on the new engine vs the old engines on the F750, it feels a lot slower with the new engine. It also feels like it doesn't let the engine rev enough, bogging down in first gear and such.
Haha I was thinking the same, I’d say it’s probably only downhill from here, but I fear there’s probably a lot of uphill too lol! There’s the odd trollish bit I’d skip, but overall I like how difficult this map is 👍🏻

There's a major bug on this mission for me. When I get the Metal detector and the crane near the armored cars, the Yellow marker doesn't show up at all. I'm not able to complete this mission! I've restarted the mission at least 4-5 times! Any tips?
Lol yeah I quite like how it does that 👍🏻 I noticed it on lake Kovd too as I drove along the broken river ice I’d been smashing! It’s like the game has 2 levels of render, like it renders basic details far away and then as you get close it fills in all the more detailed stuff 👍🏻

Thanks man I’m glad you enjoyed the vid. Man doing this phase first in the game, is a brave move lol. These maps have their charm, but it’s a pretty brutal one. Best advice at level 13 is to buy a dolphin (Azov 5319) as its very cheap for how good it is. As for Bruce and dolphin, Bruce is the azov 7 something, the 10 wheeler, the Dolphin is the Azov 5319, and then John is the Azov 64131. I basically just couldn’t remember the string of numbers for each truck, when the game launched, so just said it was easier to name them lol. The dolphin got its name because I just randomly said it looks like an off-road dolphin when it was going over some muddy jumps near the start of the review video 👍🏻
Trees don't behave anything like real life trees. They are plastic and elastic. For fuck sake let me mow them down and clear them away. Let me clear the road of loose rocks...ugh!
I don’t think so dude, I tried to do that very thing myself and although I didn’t try every truck, it removed the crane when I tried, it sits fairly far forward so I’m not sure it would fit any truck with a crane too
hey guys. ı have a problem for this mission. ı cant drop second armor car. F unload button cant be yellow. i try 2 times and cant finish the mission. Also when ı use metal detector, armored cars seems at the map but cant see yellow icon.
Not so difficult mission if you use the correct path and trucks. I have beat this mission easily with 2 Azovs + mini crane+ sidebed and F750 as support vehicle. ( I have stuck once in the river near the containers but F750 is a beast supporting them)
I positioned all my trucks at the sub station like the place you got to deliver two metal beams.

Bruce has been great on this map! The occasional chin catching is worth how well it ploughs through most things very nicely 👍🏻
It’s Mr Lone Wolf the plane is a bit easier to find because 2 of the parts are in a lake and the other isn’t too far from the lake. It’s the one at the bottom of the map.
I activated this mission and got the metal detector upgrade because I was in the area getting metal beams to do that power substation, but I was tracking the power substation contract when I drove over the flag to drive to the armored cars so never knew that was a stage of this and that I did it. I’ve spent 3 evenings with that stupid metal detector driving all over the map as since I completed the 2nd stage without knowing I couldn’t figure out what to do and where to look. I guessed that maybe taking readings from all corners of the map might make some kind of triangulation come up, then I started taking measurements anywhere I could get starting at the bottom working my way up.
I almost didn’t watch this video because I didn’t want to cheat, but I’m so done with this mission, and the lure of potential Lo4fy shenanigans drew me in. Now that I see I missed a stage of the mission I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the game would tell you what mission the stage refers to instead of just putting “Stage Completed” when you drive over the flag. I had like 5 tasks to go here or there and see this or that at the time so I just assumed it was one of those.
Blue Lo4f has almost clawed his way out of that shallow grave the game put him in. Everything behind the front doors is out of the ground, I’m expecting he’ll be free tonight or tomorrow. Still missing 2, but did that secret delivery task and got awarded a Lo4f, nicely upgraded also, thing it had raised suspension, upgraded wheels, advanced scout winch and maybe a couple other upgrades too
Ahhh man that sucks bad! I can see exactly how that happened to you too! I thought I had a bad time spending 2 hours odd scanning most of the top of the map! It was a bit of a poorly planned mission really, they should have just had the armoured cars stuck in the river bed or something and skipped the metal detecting and so on!

It’s sad that 2 have gone but you never know, I’m still holding out some slim hope for all the trucks it’s taken from me to appear one day lol! It should still say in the truck store that you own x amount of loafs so they could fix it possibly? I still own 2 Vorons even though I only have 1! I need to get that loaf too, can’t say no to a free upgraded loaf lol 👍🏻🍞🐎
It’s Mr Lone Wolf yes, I’m up to 15 with the 4 that I bough to replace the 4 that we’re stolen (not going to bother selling them back), the one guarding the graveyard, the freebie I got paid to take (what a professional 🐎), and the ones that are just left around various maps in case I need one. One of those new contracts in MI will pay for a fully upgraded Lo4f (near as makes no difference).

I got 2 750s at this point.yea, the new engine helps it loads. Both of mine have the racks, and yea, not really affected one way or the other by them.
Can use any trailer or bed for the ba20s. 2 slot cargo. Now the bomber wont pack on anything but that wide flatbed.
Oh i modded the Navistar into my game using the stock files. I cant paint it, but its letting me take the mesh/armor off the windows... Might help you with it from the cab view.

Lol I basically added more difficulty to my mission by bringing that big trailer, I didn’t realise all the faffing around with the cars that I’d need to do! If I was to do it again I think I’d just the dolphin and Voron Grad with sideboards lol 👍🏻!

The Voran Grad, with flatbed and crane worked great. I parked a sideboard trailer in the stream below, loaded one car, went back and picked up the other car, and off to the airport without issue.
That "double" get the Metal Detector had me going for quite a bit. I had found it and put it on my vehicle and was scouting the areas {that I knew the items should be already} n I wus not gettin any hits ........
Yeah it was a bit of a mess in the end! I didn’t mind driving back to get the thing again even though I’d already got it, but the armoured car bit was a bit stupid and not very well planned out! Maybe there will be more future use to that metal detector thing?
On my game I can customize the navistar and take armor off etc. I never used it the old white is a stout rig

Lol good luck with that dude 👍🏻! Although you don’t need to use this massive trailer for this mission, people have suggested just using normal trucks with sideboards and small cranes and grab a car each! I over complicated this mission for the fun of it and it didn’t go well lol 👍🏻
I love the F750. When I first took it out I drove around for an hour without realizing the AWD was off. Lots of fuel and repair points too
Enjoy the airplane missions! First time I did them on the PTS a while back, they were WAY harder than now. Specifically concerning the biggest piece of airplane with the wide tail and damn trees.
My Armoured cars never actually showed up on the map on the PTS. But One showed up in Imandra and one showed up in Kovd ???? Super glitch, I did recover the cars but even on the release they do not show up on the map ?? They are there if I physically drive to them.
Yeah that’s weird, I didn’t seem to have any major glitches although I found the first car without the metal detector, I’m sure when I find the second one though it only shows up after I scan? But it seems like different people get different glitches
Serviceman Dan has hauled his service add-on and fuel trailer all over imandra to save my arse many times after driving like an idiot without a loaf

The p12 might be a better option than the p16 because it has the chained tyre option

Yeah true actually lol 👍🏻 to be honest I was tired of the mission by the time I got there and clicked off it before I even read it, didn’t realise i got 15 large lol! That helps ease the pain! To be honest those glitchy trees are the worst, it wasn’t this mission specifically, although the whole finding the cars with the metal detector bit was a bit poorly planned lol! I’ve always got room for more loafs and winches 👍🏻

Haven't gotten to doing this contract yet, I got the garage opened and I'm taking a break from it and doing the new michigan contracts, it's a fun map but holy hell does it piss me off
Lol yeah it’s not a bad idea to keep rotating around the maps! It is a great map and a tough one but it can get bloody annoying after too long lol! That’s what I felt like after this mission! I may do one of those Michigan ones soon too 👍🏻

The name of that contract sums up Imandra and to a lesser extend Kovd. Every other map I've explored, I did it with 2-3 trucks max. I have 7 on Imandra right now and 4 of them are tipped over/ stuck. lmao
I also drove from Kovd to Imandra with a Dolphin and John with the metal beams and I had an issue with repacking John when the beams fell out and I removed the cargo 3/4 of the way to the substation. :/ At least all I need to do tonight is get the wood planks to fix the power lines. But man. What I was hoping was a 2-3 hour job to do both tasks took 4 hours to just do the first one.
And that was also with trying to take the Twinsteer loaded with metal beams from Kovd but I tipped over and said stuff it and brought the Azovs out lol
After the bridge the path that leads you down to the river, you can just go a wee bit a long and swing it back so you can go up the road makes it a lot easier then instead of following the road round just go straight across to the airport. I used the short nose Azov 53 but you can also use the kolab that's a better for the heavy snow
I inadvertently lucked out on this one. I used a sidebed trailer and log crane to transport unpacked logs to the station in order to unlock the garage, and so I had a log crane and trailer already in the area when I started this mission. You can actually grip the top of the armored cars with the log crane and transport them to the sidebed trailer. If you do it this way, you save a lot of time. That big flatbed trailer is a real pain, and there are little pieces along the trailer side that can easily get you stuck
600+ hours in Snowrunner but this map has killed the enjoyment instead of having fun and enjoying the game this map has become a time-consuming frustrating waste of my time. It almost feels like doing a job that you hate but have to do.
Yeah I know what you mean in some ways, I think it’s best to play this map in doses, but still go off and enjoy faster maps, that’s why I said in the imandra exploration vid that some kind of bonus map that’s fast paced would be cool too!
I’ve not got bored of this map and I do like the difficulty of it overall (apart from a few bits of super snow) as an easy map would get completed very quick, but yeah when I was looking for those armoured cars I did get bored of doing this mission a bit! That’s where they need to find that balance between a tough game but a playable game long term, they do make some aspects a bit too serious for fun

You should try the shifting on the new engine vs the old engines on the F750, it feels a lot slower with the new engine. It also feels like it doesn't let the engine rev enough, bogging down in first gear and such.

Haha I was thinking the same, I’d say it’s probably only downhill from here, but I fear there’s probably a lot of uphill too lol! There’s the odd trollish bit I’d skip, but overall I like how difficult this map is 👍🏻

There's a major bug on this mission for me. When I get the Metal detector and the crane near the armored cars, the Yellow marker doesn't show up at all. I'm not able to complete this mission! I've restarted the mission at least 4-5 times! Any tips?
Check out 33:30 and see the path ice over in front of your eyes.
Lol yeah I quite like how it does that 👍🏻 I noticed it on lake Kovd too as I drove along the broken river ice I’d been smashing! It’s like the game has 2 levels of render, like it renders basic details far away and then as you get close it fills in all the more detailed stuff 👍🏻

Thanks man I’m glad you enjoyed the vid. Man doing this phase first in the game, is a brave move lol. These maps have their charm, but it’s a pretty brutal one. Best advice at level 13 is to buy a dolphin (Azov 5319) as its very cheap for how good it is.
As for Bruce and dolphin, Bruce is the azov 7 something, the 10 wheeler, the Dolphin is the Azov 5319, and then John is the Azov 64131.
I basically just couldn’t remember the string of numbers for each truck, when the game launched, so just said it was easier to name them lol. The dolphin got its name because I just randomly said it looks like an off-road dolphin when it was going over some muddy jumps near the start of the review video 👍🏻

Trees don't behave anything like real life trees. They are plastic and elastic. For fuck sake let me mow them down and clear them away. Let me clear the road of loose rocks...ugh!

I don’t think so dude, I tried to do that very thing myself and although I didn’t try every truck, it removed the crane when I tried, it sits fairly far forward so I’m not sure it would fit any truck with a crane too
The range of the Metal Detector is roughly 40m. I just tested it at 50m and got nothing, but at 40m, it works.
hey guys. ı have a problem for this mission. ı cant drop second armor car. F unload button cant be yellow. i try 2 times and cant finish the mission. Also when ı use metal detector, armored cars seems at the map but cant see yellow icon.
I can not detect these two cars. I drove on top of one and ran the detector, three, maybe 4 times? Nothing.
Not so difficult mission if you use the correct path and trucks.
I have beat this mission easily with 2 Azovs + mini crane+ sidebed and F750 as support vehicle. ( I have stuck once in the river near the containers but F750 is a beast supporting them)

It would be nice if you could exit the truck and have a chainsaw and to remove the tree's
