    Finally! I found a channel still allowed here for the grown ups to learn a little about some things without Jerry Springer drowning it all out. Thanks Tribe.

    Thanks for doing this! Helped me to slow down and not miss things that I had read too fast as well as pay more attention to those footnotes.
    Thanks again!

    Can’t thank you enough for taking the time to create and upload these edifying lessons. They are like therapy and medicine for me as they prove I’m not crazy like I’m being convinced I am.
    In Canada govt, Banks, the court and the community are no longer honouring Trusts, no, they steal everything to inheritance themselves without right. Last upload on my channel explains.

      Because trust law and Estate law are their bailiwick, you must apprise yourself of the true knowledge that you are a trustee of a Divine trust from the beginning. A Divine trust that is much, much higher than any trust structure in their system. It is outside of their jurisdiction. And from that Divine trust, you're gifted an Estate, and you are managing and administering that Estate as a _minister._ This is crucial, as the entirety of their pseudo-legal courts are based upon administrative procedures and administration and agency law. If you cannot demonstrate that you are competent enough to manage the affairs of Estate, then they will presume that you are incompetent and use every tool at their disposal in order to crush you and to manage that Estate on your behalf. If you are to make any inroads with them, then you must temporarily move out of the realm of trusts (though trusts remain vital) and into the business and agency of your Estate.

      I typically use the 9th edition during the Livestreams; I also have access to all previous and later editions in hard cover or digital, for reference and comparison.

    I'm curious. If these are valid and so beneficial, why are there no templates or examples anywhere that can be used to create one? I find it odd that the Weiss book has all kinds of form templates at the end for everything but creating an express trust.

      @@the-tribeif I understand correctly the settlor is NEVER the trustee in a common law irrevocable trust. This handbook makes it sound like the trustee lives the good life if everything is set up correctly. What happens to the settlor? How does he go through life after the trust is set up?

      I heard somewhere that its like an unwritten law that the trust indenture are never shared .... unless you pay money.

    • @qwaurk985
      @qwaurk985 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Max-ys1dw Exactly. Usually high sums of money, too. I'd like for these to be true, but it seems too similar to the "pure trusts" that have already been voided by legal entities as tax avoidance scams for 50 years now that have landed people in jail.

    Off to a rocky start. I have this publication printed out. Just saying.... Individual is defined as u.s. citizen, an entity. Person/ PERSON is an entity. So all corporate. Language matters. This is just an opening example of the massive deception. In school you learn different dead Phoenicians( definitions. Lol) losers to the end. Ugh. I'll enjoy your commentary. I am in process of forming an express trust. I'm frustrated at the level of *" legal" language and process . I didn't expect this.

    Express trusts under common law are bondage and peonage. Weiss is speaking about the private trust as expressed by common law right of contract to function in equity. The entire point of the Private trust is to function independent of and outside all laws of man, but equity. not under any law, especially common law- it's pure poverty.
