I think Ben was lonely and like any human thought he might have missed something because we only remember the good stuff about a relationship, I don't think he can stand her, he felt he owed her the wedding and I'm sure she pressured and rushed it, all this did, is prove that he picked the right Jeniffer to create a family with. I think 20 years ago they had a lot of passion and when they got back together that fire was burning but that only last three months, I think he wanted out before he married her. Jlo was dying to be Mrs. Affleck, I think that is love for her. She is a shallow vessel.
