There's an email from the twitch staff that has direct quotes from the case which states that the twitch staff knew he had no idea she was 17 at the time. The messages had no sexual or inappropriate content. And he only found out that she was 17 ,3 years later in 2020 3 years after the last messages were sent. Given you need to be verified over 18 to use the whispers I guess it's pretty easy to see what happened. You guys need to cut off the "self report" talk, there's absolutely no self report in his tweet.
