好少人拍二手樓嘅睇樓片，多數係拍新樓，我自己都鍾意睇樓。老實講，新樓好多人都知道係有Premium，二手樓價錢實惠好多，而且種類多，有新有舊，有近市中心有遠離市中心，間隔又可以有多變化。
所以真係要睇多啲先知自己需要咩種類！

你個預算，要求三房兩廁且企理，Maidenhead附近小鎮同埋村仔除左Slough外都係比較decent本地人都鍾意既地方，你個預算好難揀到。可能要再往西到Reading，或者再北到Didcot會多好多選擇，Didcot都係大概40分鐘火車都Paddington。北邊Watford，Hemel Hempstead，Milton Keynes都多好多選擇。
Didcot都有朋友介紹，但Didcot/Reading車費都係太貴，唔係好sustainable🥹
