      That modular furniture that you have to pull out and assemble would get old really quickly! I wouldn’t want to have to “work” just to get a table to sit at!

      yea I like that they have that table behind the couch. I'm always concerned with cooking space in these places, but I could deal with this

      @@Boba1702 anything below 500sqft where I'm from is considered small. even a studio here is at least 700-800sqft to be considered a good size. Considering the size of that kitchen, zero extra space in that bedroom, barely a living room (where's the tv go?, no room for an extra chair) this is still on the small size. Not to mention barely any natural light in living area. And a small bathroom

    @NEVER TOO SMALL
    Could you, please, make an extra episode about small apartments and noise (e. g. how to improve sound absorption, which space-saving measurements help to add some soundproofing)?
    I also would like to know how people cope with living in crowded locations when there are whole families sharing the same ground-plan size above or beneath and there is no extra space/room to avoid the noise of your neighbors.
    I see so many quite minimalist examples on here but the echo and sound absorption must be insanely bad in some of them.

      That is something they rarely discuss on here! These homes are always beautiful, but if you're stuck inside because of work or quarantine, the noise can be extremely stress inducing. Even if you have the technical privacy of your own space, noise can cause a feeling of intrusion and lack of privacy regardless.

    A lot if people in the comment seems to forget the space is designed to fit the owners, not you. Maybe the shelving unit looks bulky, but if the owner prefers a fold-out bed over a sofa bed, that's their input to make. The choice of elements kept in the rooms must have agreed with the client's lifestyle too.

    • @Alisa_rkv
      @Alisa_rkv 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What's the point of a sofa facing a shelf though? They can't put artwork there either because it doubles as a bed and the shelves are used for storage- there's nothing to look at, just wood. The sofa ends up becoming a bit useless because it's so isolated

    Though this is a complete remodel these collaborators managed to maintain the best architectural features and the nostalgic sprit of the space. Hope to see more LATAM spaces on the channel. 😊

    This was great for someone who doesn't cook a lot, I wish there's an episode for this where the focal point of design is the kitchen.

      then maybe this is not the right channel for you. Very few people would give up living space in a small apartment to have a bigger kitchen

      You'd better have a look at tiny houses, living big in a tiny house for example, many of them have generous amount of space dedicated to kitchen

    Gente, les quedó muy bueno! aunque sacar el bidet es imperdonable, y el empapelado ese no te lo robo ameo... (pero la cliente siempre tiene razón). No entendí por qué rectificaron la diagonal detrás de la cocina/lavandería.
    Ah, y por fin me doy el gusto de comentar en mi propia lengua en este canal, jaja. Ya era hora.

    Beautiful! I love the fact that you don't have move around the furniture to use thr apartment. The only thing seems calls my attention is the tini tiny sink for the dishes.

    The kitchen looks nice, the balcony is lovely, but the wooden shelve with pop-out bed looks weird. They should have painted it white and use a pull-out sofa bed instead. Thanks for showing your design.

    ¿How about a table that could fold against the back of the sofa when not needed, or folded against the wall, vertically? Something like the bed in the storage unit, it´s folded when not in use. Just an idea. I like the bedroom and bathroom very much.
