Complete noob here binge watching any and all videos trying to decide what to do having ditched my relaxed hair a few years ago. My hair isn’t as kinky as it was in my youth and I can’t corn row at all so I love videos like these which give a much less intimidating option. My question is, how hard is it to remove this hair with the wig cap?

Hi there! I’m so glad my videos are helpful for you! I have an old take down video that I’ll post here but I just cut the crochet hair out with scissors. The hairnet helps keep a barrier between the scissors and my real hair. The one time I didn’t wear a cap i accidentally cut my hair and I was so sick about it. 🤣🤣 So, the net is essential. I hope this helps!

Yes, I will. I do think it’s going to end up being kind of high-maintenance. It’s been two days and I’ve spent about 10 mins each morning gently pulling the knots out and clipping the ends.

I love it! How do you hide the thick band from the cap? Doesn't it roll backwards? That's always my problem!
I crochet hair along the band and in front of it. And I cut a small slit where my part is gonna be. I think my band doesn’t slide back because the crochet hair holds it in place.

I just opened all three colors and randomly installed pieces
How do you maintain this at night? Do you just twist it and wear a bonnet?
No twisting. Just a bonnet. Then I separate it with curl mousse in the morning.
