My late Aunt, whom passed away and was like a mother to me, and a grandma to my 3 kids....we both loved the Harry Potter movies & books. Since before she passed her and I started collecting Harry Potter stuff. She especially loved Dobby, so did I. Wish I could afford something like this from ya! Would be the best thing to buy in tribute to my Aunt Michelle. Again, just amazing work as always! Thanks for sharing!

But i am doing miserably! Im usually pretty good at crafts but im struggling and its frustrating 😩 I found it quite easy to mould faces which i was surprised at but i cannot seem to: 1. Get smooth surface (used water to smooth it out and sandpaper) just getting cracks and uneven finish 😪 2. Colouring the clay - i bought a ton of white clay and about 30 different acrylic paints. But when i have tried to mix them its like the paint will not mix with the clay with it remaining seperate as i am using my fingers to knead it in. I just seem to end up with more paint on my hands than in the clay. Any advice would be appreciated as I don't want to give up on it! PS also love Yoda Junior. And Deet was incredible! Do you do this professionally? If not, do you want to?

I stopped using that material some time ago now but I think I stretched it to the very limit of its capabilities. WED clay people still use at an elite level though, so there's hope! I was using bladed rakes at the end of my usage of the material, but water smoothing and sanding is one way. You'll still have problems with smoothing the surface even if you switch, and in that case, blade rakes, wire rakes, and solvents help on oil and wax clays. Colouring the clay? Well, I can't say I ever did that... I wouldn't be mixing paint into the clay.... you just let it dry its stock colour and then paint it when it's dry. I've never heard of what you're trying there nor tried it, so I can't say much more than that. Hope that helps!

i have been waiting.. how this man manages to never fail impressing me... i am very happy to see well executed figure of ma fav all time character, the fact that LoreCraft has chosen this particular character speaks a lot about depth of this understandings and preferances! Music is amazing as always. just wanted to say thank you, bc i know for an artist just one positive response can be a hudge push foreward, i hope in future i can be able to purchase some of the sculptured thus further support the art!
