4th of July Outreach

In this video I'm just following two Atlantic City police officers that are following one of my clients. I am not following them to see if they're going to harass my client because they aren't. The Atlantic City Police department has become some of the most compassionate officers in the country as far as the homeless. This is because of the great leadership of Chief Sarcos. When the video ended the police and I worked together to help my client.
