Bob's voice is so big and signature. It cuts right right through the mix, Even with 4 guitars playing. This may be my favorite Foo song ever. Lets call it "Husker-Foo"
This song got me into the foo,s in a big way after losing my wife ROSEMARY got wasting light watch them at MK bowl put the hairs on the back of my neck up and as for times like these it says it all for me the reading came so me and my boys went cannot wait for them to come back to the uk thanks dave and the boys thanks for it all only a shame i found them so late but by god lm glad i did
With all those million they could have done a song with Grant Hart. Tid in the Vein of his songs. Ni instead Bob was called in. Grill youre not interested in the purety, you are after the fame and money..
And lower quality. This is just traditional mid-tempo rock with just a little bit louder guitars. Even Bob's filler songs from Candy Apple Grey (his most average achievement with HuDu) are more interesting experience. In his own words, Grohl "ripped of Bob" with FF, but nevertheless we should give him a credit for calling younger generations attention to HuDu.
I know what you are trying to say, I agree with Bob being amazing all round, but keep in mind he is about 54, so his body probably isn't as nimble as Dave's.
This is Dave Grohl's finest moment. To write a song good enough to have Bob Mould join in. If the fucker would even write one more song even half as good as this, maybe the kids wouldn't be into hiphop and fucking country. Country! I blame Foos and Nickelback for that shit.
How the fuck do you go from having someone as great as Bob Mould on your record....to Justin Timberlake!?!?! I've been a fan since day 1 . Saw them as an opener for Mike Watt before their first album even came out. They've had some mediocre albums in th past. Wasting Light was amazing ! Then came Sonic Highways ...so mediocre. Now they're having pop producer record their new album, Justin Timberlake and aside from Run the stuff is so freaking middle of the road.
I've loved the band since they first came out in 95. Wasting Light and the self titled are my two favorites with There is Nothing Left to Lose a close third. I think C and G is a cohesive album and the songs are a lot better than Sonic Highways. I don't skip any songs off of S and G. I think it is a good album.

How is this not the top comment? Hüsker Föö? Come on...
My station on Spotify is "FooDu." In their honor.
kudos to the mixer too
What a song. 10/10. With added Bob 20/10. I ❤ Bob Mould!
love the foo fighters, but add Bob Mould to the mix and the song writing goes to another level! Awesome!
The best live version and Bob's backing vocals are on spot, just amazing .
Everyone - The Foos are the hardest rockers out there!
Bob Mould - Hold my beer
This song got me into the foo,s in a big way after losing my wife ROSEMARY got wasting light watch them at MK bowl put the hairs on the back of my neck up and as for times like these it says it all for me the reading came so me and my boys went cannot wait for them to come back to the uk thanks dave and the boys thanks for it all only a shame i found them so late but by god lm glad i did
Bob Mould is such an amazing addition to this song - great that he also sang it live with them.
Bob Mould has such a badass presence, such a cool guy.
Fun Fact: Bob mould sang backing vocals for dear rosemary in the studio Version
Palavras são insuficientes para descrever a perfeição
one of the better Foo songs. has a workbook/blacl sheets of rain feels...hence Bobs presence makes sense.
Bob Mould is the greatest,
The Germs + Husker Du + Nirvana + Sunny Day Real Estate + No Use For A Name
Ben1967 I think your missing something you for got to mention that Taylor Hawkins played drums for Alanis morissette
@@thomasmcqueenie Taylor also played on Coheed and Cambria - Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume Two: No World for Tomorrow
Aren’t we forgetting QOTSA?
Excellent point!
Dont forget Scream!
DEAR ROSEMARY....yeah rosemary you know you are part of it!!!
Wasting Light was a GREAT album and the last quality album they've made. They've gone full blown , vanilla, middle of the road , dad rock now.
Fax
The old Punkers are some of the best rockers ever!
I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more guitars!
Wow.. bob mould with the foo fighters :o its cool to see they actually did it this way live aswell
Quite possibly the most perfect thing ever.
rose mary is a true good song i ever heard
absolutely brilliant version! thanks for uploading :)
This was good, but it's missing something. I think it needs a 5th guitar.
Naw...it needs more cowbell.
Bob counts as 2 guitars. Easy. Listen to Husker and Sugar lol! :)
HAHAHAAHAHA
in the opening shot I count 4 guitars, plus Bob, little disappointed Bob's guitar did not feature more, but he scratches his head with style
John Monash Nate plays bass, although they often totally drown him out.
this is the best and greatest video i have ever seen with all the guitars and BOB masterpeice
this is freaking amazing!!! love this!
The kinks style in Foo Fighters Great!!
Wow. That rocked!!
Awesome ft......nice 2 voice,.....too much feeling...

Dave is hot
I can`t even see Nate =(
F THE 90S DAVE DO YOU THING DONT STOP DIE PLAYING
And people think Jason Newsted had it rough.
And I thought 3 guitars was enough.... Silly me!
Дмитрий Гоблин Пучков поёт? Я знал.
I think Bob was playing a bit of air guitar here.
With all those million they could have done a song with Grant Hart. Tid in the Vein of his songs. Ni instead Bob was called in. Grill youre not interested in the purety, you are after the fame and money..
Bob's not playing his blue Strat! WTH?
Unpopular opinion: foo fighters is husker du with exponentially higher budget
Chuck Norris yes

Not even close!
Would’ve been nice to see Grant Hart collaborate, too, before he passed. Now, he and Taylor can play in that band on the other side of life.
I know what you are trying to say, I agree with Bob being amazing all round, but keep in mind he is about 54, so his body probably isn't as nimble as Dave's.
😂
not enough guitars
dave if u need the 4th guitarist, y'know where I am.
John Scofield? Haha...

Josh Martins I also am a huge fan and I'm making a huge effort to get used to C&G. But I miss Wasting Light so bad
Get out of your Bubble dude,, This is Fucking Awesome !
Eric Evans who was arguing THIS isn't awesome !? I'm talking about their NEW album ! Get YOUR head out of that bubble .

The album was out when that tour happened. Barely, but it was out.
Bob Mould is a great singer and guitarist, but I absolutely HATE the way he moves! He's so stiff!
Oscar S. he's in his 50's what do you expect?
He’s fucking 54 or so here let’s see you rock out all nimble at that agw
@@TheJordanHageman the worst in moves is actualy mark greenway from napalm death. as good his voice, as bad he's moving.
