As of the last update, MAPPA or any company related to the production of the anime has not officially confirmed the Mr. Love: Queen’s Choice Season 2 release date. Nor has the production of a Koi to Producer: EVOL x LOVE Season 2 sequel been announced.
Since the anime skimmed over the final two story arcs the adaptation doesn’t seem to have left an opening for Love and Producer Season 2. If the anime is popular enough on its own, the second season could be commissioned and then retcon episodes 11 and 12. If it’s not, at least the mobile game is free-to-play so it’s possible for anime audiences to see the final ending as it was originally intended.

They are the same person. He assumes that personality (Helios) because he is part of Black Swan and doesn't want her to know this and get involved in the dangers of the organization. That's why he said he will assume control of Black Swan and then come back to her.

@@fatemehgolghandashti1382 No, I believe he assumed this personality there because he wants to. Of course, Black Swan was responsible for turning him into an evolver when he was a child (in the anime they show during a flashback), but he assumed Helios personality a long time after that happened.
