  • A good working relationship with a structural engineer you trust can absolutely save your bacon when buying a house. They can show you the difference between a GREAT INVESTMENT and a MONEY PIT.

    Interesting how he used a laser level to confirm how much the house has shifted on each side.
    That would give a acetate reading on how much the house needs to cranked up.
