My name is Faiz Mohammad and I'm a software engineer at Microsoft. in this video I share with you all my working experience at Deloitte USI, where I worked for almost 2 years prior to joining Microsoft. I have talked about all different aspects right from what are work opportunities within the firm to people, culture, work-life balance and perks.

I don't even know about company untill i cleared the Round 😂 even in interview they asked " tell me about Deloitte "
I said " i don't know but heard among my friends it is a good company provides good culture " after interview HR asked " are there any questions to ask ? "
I said " tell me about Deloitte as you are the right person to express the culture of Deloitte becoz you already working on it and experienced " and he said it " you can reach any person even a manager to ask any doubts etc " and then i searched for many user reviews about company and everybody is saying good about its culture and after that i feel very excited to join in this Big 4 company still iam waiting for my batch to onboard...untill then i am watching python videos daily on one topic like variables one day , dictionaries etc i know basics in python so iam going deep in python concepts to learn

How are the tests after joining deloitte? Do we get enough time to complete the courses provided within the given time?
There are no tests as such. There are some trainings and compliance courses and given sufficient time to cover.

I've not really heard about it but sounds like some kind of connect with leadership but this generally happens after onboarding

@@faizm4765 Sir I was selected after being interviewed on programming. I only know the basics. I am waiting for the offer letter. My question is that can someone who doesn't have much knowledge of coding while joining, survive in the company ? What options or future do we have ?

I have a question out of curiosity.. Does the well-being perk and the other mobile cost exp. Do they take it all back once a person lives the fidm.
No, they don't take it back well being one but for smartphone you need to stay for a minimum of 5 months
Amazing video sir, however was this about Hyderabad or Bangalore ?
Although perks don't depend upon your location, but this was mostly my wfh experience.

Just wanted yo know do you have any idea if I'll be able to change my domain internally after joining? Suppose I've been selected as Application Security Consultant and want to shift my domain to Penetration Testing and everything?
Hi Anand! Sorry for such a late reply and hope you are having a good time at the firm. It totally depends upon your RM and the requirement in such projects. However, you shall be vocal about this and tell your buddy/coach and RM about your interests so that they can prefer you whenever there is an opening.

And what perks are provided monthly?
It is an annual perk and all employees are eligible for it.

I received job offer as analyst trainee with 4.5 LPA package. Will we get to write any upgradation exams to increase our salary like tcs offers to upgrade from ninja (3.6 LPA) to digital (7 LPA)
did you apply on your own or you received that offer from deloitte itself ?

I'm not very aware of this scenario but usually chances are more to get a call quickly if you apply through referrals.

Hi I got offer from Deloitte USI as Technical Specialist on DB Developer. But currently am working on Azure platform. I like Deloitte but skill wise I got on DB developer offer. Is it good to join with old skill in Deloitte
You can switch projects but it's always easier said than done. You can have a chat with your manager about this.

Did you join deloitte india or deloitte usi? Could you please explain the difference in these two entities?
I worked at Deloitte USI. The difference is that USI works with Deloitte US to support only US clients whereas Deloitte India supports Indian and some other Asian clients.

Branch doesn't mostly matter. You can prepare for interviews by upskilling yourself and building small projects. For analyst they focus on python and all, but have other requirements too.
Hey, my offer letter hasn't come through yet,but as a muslim woman i was wondering if there is a way to not miss the mandatory noon and afternoon prayers?
Ive spent much time in the campus, hence can't assure you about this. As per my knowledge there used to be self organized facility for prayer for men in the basement somewhere but can't assure as personally I've never been in the campus much

Yes there are parties but didn't experience much as I worked remotely due to covid restrictions
I was selected (in campus pool) for Deloitte USI in September, 2021 as an associate analyst.
I've had communication with the company regarding the documents submission(adhaar card), received the bag & also responded to LOI on 6th May, 2022.

Hey..one of my friend got graduated in 2022 from vit and he joined in the month of September. Plus LOI nd offer letter will come to you next year...so don't worry... Deloitte doesn't revert offers 👌🏻
