    I used it many times. It works people. I would even say it works really, really good if you keep to your diet and work out as usual. It definitely makes me less hungry so it’s easier to skip few meals, gives me a lot of energy and makes me sweat during the workout more. You can take two packs a day if you want to maximize the process of cutting and get rid of water from your body but I would suggest to start early like 5 or 6 o’clock in the morning because of the energy it gives you. Don’t take the red pill from your second dosage. Red pill is very potent because of the caffeine and one a day is enough IMO. If your gonna take the second red pill it might be hard to fall asleep. Normally I’m taking 1 pack a day and it’s enough for me. I’m not a big guy though 5’7 (172cm). Good thing is there is no crash, at least for me. One more tip. Pills are quite big and there is many to band your head forward not backwards when you are trying to swallow. The air in the capsules is pushing them up so it’s easier this way. Trust me :) drink plenty of water and you’ll be good.

    You are right about propriety blends. It's particularly bad with supps that have caffeine

    What if you’re able to suppress your hunger? Like I know that I can’t eat, so I don’t eat. I’m 377 lbs and I started working out 4 days a week. For about 2 weeks now and I just bought this stuff and I haven’t tried it but will it help me burn fat?

      It should help you burn fat in my opinion. Each person reacts differently to any given supplement, and Animal Cuts is not one of my personal favorites, but it's good enough to produce some results...of course, still needs to be combined with the right exercise and diet regimen. Assuming you're doing cardio, lifting, and eating right, this supplement should help give you an extra edge

    I’m 6’5 and Weigh 280 pounds. I’m a guy, What do you think I should take for a fat burner. I’m gonna workout 5 days a week but need help what i should take.

      Animal cut with a proper diet and a HIIT workout 5-6 times a week

      My personal favorite is called Instant Knockout. You can read about it on my website. I've reviewed a bunch of good options that you can check out. As long as you're combining a high quality supplement with regular cardio and lifting, you should get good results.

      @@muhanadalenezi2492 This is a good strategy. HIIT is great for weight loss. I'd pick a different fat burner personally, but Animal Cuts is still a solid choice.
