- The South African Prisoners Organization for Human Rights is calling for Correctional Services Minister, Ronald Lamola and all involved parties in the Thabo Bester escape to be removed from their positions for failing to do their jobs. Some CORRECTIONAL SERVICES OFFICERS have PLANNED to make Money in PRISONS, through the INMATES instead of HELPING the INMATES to CHANGE their lives. Some OFFICERS use the INMATES TO SELL DRUGS TO THEIR FELLOW INMATES on their behalve. It's so cruel because when they REFUSE to do so, they THREATEN them that they shall never be released from prison if they dont cooperate. The inmates find themselve between a rock and a hard surface. They end up doing it because they hope to be released from Prison once they LISTEN to this Correctional Services Officials. They ACT against their WILL. IT'S SO HEARTBREAKING. Now, the question is : where is Ronald Lamola when things are like this ? Things happening at Correctional Services under his watch ? Should we as a Nation continue to TRUST him ? Kanjan ?

What profile do we have of her? surely she must be identifiable from cctv surveillance of the area where they were seen shopping. Maybe she is comfortably holed up in a flat with Bester & ordering all meals to be delivered to them until the heat is off. Check up on the fast food deliveries, to which addresses. G4S runs private prisons in the UK and they don't do taht kind of nonsense here because they will be held accountable. They will lose their contract so fast and imprisoned so fast.

We’re being a bit dramatic with this one. In USA for example, over 2k prisoners escaped in 2022, compared to only 48 in SA. Because we’re dealing with criminal elements, we can never be 100% immune to prison escapes. There is nothing new here or reason to be sensational.
